To this day, no one has answered the question in this thread, and there are many other threads that have not been answered.
The Research and Development (R&D) team may not be available to answer questions, or this section no longer exists.
The only contact channel is email. The phone depends on luck. You can't expect anything from any other way except to coordinate. No matter how many times you follow up, you don't get what you want. Or the questions you ask are too shallow, not worth wasting your time answering. Or the knowledge cannot be shared. Customers who want to order must find the knowledge themselves or must have graduated in the pharmacy field.
The purpose of having a webboard is to share knowledge and open up to experts outside of the team to come and help answer. But what's the use if most questions are not answered at all, even though the main duty of the team is to answer, but the thread is left hanging waiting for others to answer.
I called to ask for information and they suggested asking via email. When I wrote to ask via email, they told me to ask on the webboard where there is a research and development (R&D) team ready to answer in-depth questions on every issue. I have been waiting for a month and there is only silence.
Although email is probably the most efficient way to contact us for technical issues, email replies from our team will not be deleted and can be kept as a reference. Our team should prioritize both channels.
