Warp Cream Maker™ (e.q. Nikkomulese wo)
Used to create cream textures that are primarily silicone-based (over 50%) and secondary to water (below 50%), resulting in a cream that absorbs quickly into the skin, leaving it smooth and powdery.
Warp Cream Maker™ (water-in-oil emulsifier) is used to create a cream texture that absorbs quickly into the skin, leaving it smooth, dry, and powdery.
Commonly known by trade names: Nikkomulese wo, Runemul WSI, Resense WO
The creamy texture created by Warp Cream Maker™ is popular in the following products:
1. Makeup products such as BB Cream, Primer, Liquid/Fluid Foundation, and Cushion are preferred because they are lightweight and easy to blend.
2. Sun protection: It has a lightweight, non-greasy texture and is water-resistant because it's a water-in-silicone emulsion.
3. Any cream or lotion for the skin that emphasizes a lightweight feel.
4. Lip creams and liquid lipsticks have a smooth texture that's easy to apply, neither too thick nor too runny, and feels great on the lips.
Examples of ingredients for creating cream textures using Warp Cream Maker™ and the mixing process.
1. Cyclomethicone 30%
2. Silicone Gel 5%
3. Warp Cream Maker™ 8%
4. Add water and all dissolved ingredients to reach 100%.
5. Preservative 1%
A: Blend ingredients 1, 2, and 3 together until well combined and smooth.
B: Take ingredients 4 and all the dissolved ingredients, then blend them together until well combined.
C: While mixing A, gradually add B to A little at a time. Once well combined, continue adding B little by little until all of it has been added. This will create a creamy texture.
Terms and Conditions for Using Warp Cream Maker™
1. The recipe requires a blender operating at a speed of at least 1000 revolutions per minute.
2. First, thoroughly combine the oil, silicone, and Warp Cream Maker™ ingredients. Then, gradually add the water to the recipe and blend until well combined.
3. If the formula contains wax that needs to be melted, melt it and mix it with the oil, silicone, and Warp Cream Maker™ mixture using warm heat until well combined. Once well mixed, gradually add the water to the oil mixture, stirring constantly until smooth.
For water-in-oil formulations (containing both water and oil, using a warp cream maker to emulsify the formula), we recommend adding 1% magnesium sulfate to help increase formula stability and reduce the chance of separation.
The company sells two types of Warp Cream Makers.
1. A standard Warp Cream Maker (equivalent to Nikkomulese WO) can bond silicone in water.
2. Warp Cream Maker XL is a special type that can emulsify both oil/silicone in water (water in oil/silicone) with higher emulsification efficiency. It is suitable for complex formulations containing both oil and silicone.
Uses: As an emulsifier between water and silicone in creams, lotions, and serums.
