LipX™-Defensyl (Palmitoyl Tetrapeptide-7 Peptide Powder) is a 10,000ppm Palmitoyl Tetrapeptide-7 powder premix for lip-care, lip-stick, and selected anti-aging formulas.
Palmitoyl Tetrapeptide-7 is used in premium cosmetic formulas for collagen-support, firmness, and anti-aging positioning. Many peptide materials are supplied in water-soluble liquid bases, which are not convenient for anhydrous lip balms, lip sticks, and oil-rich lip treatments. LipX™-Defensyl solves that formulation gap by offering the active story in a powder format that can be dispersed into suitable lip-care systems.
Product Description: LipX™-Defensyl is designed for brands that want a peptide-powered lip-care claim with a practical manufacturing route. The 10,000ppm premix format makes dosing easier than pure peptide powder while still delivering a high peptide level compared with common diluted liquid peptide solutions.

Usage: Lip balms, lip sticks, lip care sticks, lip masks, oil-rich lip treatments, and selected anti-aging creams or emulsions where the powder can be dispersed evenly.
Mixing method:
- Pre-disperse into a small portion of compatible oil, ester, glycol, or a selected premix phase before adding to the main batch.
- Add during cool-down, preferably below 40°C, and avoid prolonged heat exposure.
- For anhydrous lip formulas, confirm complete dispersion and check that the finished texture is not gritty.
- Check final pH, odor, color, texture, and peptide stability before scale-up.
Usage rate: 0.25-1.0%, recommended 0.5%. At 0.5% use level, the formula receives approximately 50ppm Palmitoyl Tetrapeptide-7 from this 10,000ppm premix.
