How to mix to get serum texture

-Can be mixed with water or oil. If mixed with water Can add 30-90% water to the formula and if mixed with oil Oil can be added no more than 30% of the formula (if there is a large amount of oil it will cause separation). In cases where there is oil in the formula, Silky Serum Base should be used in a larger amount. To help coordinate the oil

-If you want the serum to be more liquid, add Cyclomethicone to the formula to get a more liquid texture.

-Using water in a greater proportion It will make the serum even thicker. If there is 30% water, the serum will be liquid. And if there is 70% water, the serum will be thick like a heavy cream (but when applied, it can be quickly absorbed into the skin).

-In the mixing process Mix the oil part with Silky Serum Base Plus immediately and stir or blend well. Then water should be added to the base, a little at a time, and stir well. before adding more water If you add a lot of water at once It will make it more difficult for the base to form a serum texture. (Takes longer to stir) But there was no problem at all)

- Should add 1-2% Magnesium Sulfate to help increase the stability of the formula. By adding it to the last step of the formula. Then blend until dissolved and combined with the formula. It will help prevent layer separation well.

The viscosity of the serum obtained Depends on the amount of water Serum base amount and cyclomethicone amount If you want to make it more viscous. Increase the proportion of water. If you want it more liquid, add cyclomethicone to the recipe.

Very important : in the process of adding water to the serum base (If in the oil in the recipe You can mix the oil with the serum base first.) Divide the water addition into several parts. Add water little by little to the serum base. and stir well first So add the remaining water [in small increments]. Do this until you add all the water. Avoid adding large quantities of water to the serum base at one time. Because it will make it difficult for people to get along with each other. Product age

The product has a shelf life of at least 2 years. It should not be stored at temperatures over 30 degrees and should not be exposed to direct sunlight. Because it will cause the ingredients to lose quality.
