Oil part:

Coco-caprylate/caprate 8% (can choose other oils instead)

WaterDropper™ 3.5% (acts as an emulsifier, if used too much will prevent water droplets from forming, if used too little it will become unstable)

Polyglyceryl-3 Ricinoleate 0.7% (acts as co-emulsifier, increases stability, if used too much it will prevent water droplets from forming, if you want more water droplets to form reduce the amount)

Water part:

Complete water 100%

Magnesium Sulfate 0.5%

Disodium EDTA 0.1%

Propylene Glycol 2%

Microcare PHC 1%

Mix the Oil ingredients together.

Mix the water ingredients together.

While blending the Oil part, slowly add in the water part, a little at a time, until it's all gone. Do not add it all at once.

Usage: As a binder for water and oil and silicone in water-in-oil / water-in-silicone systems.

How to mix: Mix in the oil well, then gradually add the water to the oil (if there is oil, mix the oil into the oil together first, then mix the water together) in the next step.
