Phenoxyethanol SA (often referred to by the marketing name Optiphen Plus) is a very safe, broad-spectrum preservative. (Broad protection) Free from Paraben (such as Ethylparaben, Methylparaben) and Formaldehyde (such as DMDM hydantoin, Diazolidinyl urea) , which are carcinogens. Can be used to mix in all cosmetic products by mixing in water (water-phase). Avoid heat over 60C.

Phenoxyethanol SA consists of Phenoxyethanol, Caprylyl Glycol and Sorbic Acid, making it possible to reduce the amount of use. Phenoxyethanol alone, which when used in large quantities may cause skin irritation. It also has higher efficiency (Broad Spectrum) from the fungus control efficiency of Caprylyl Glycol and Sorbic Acid. 

Usage: for all kinds of products that want to be protected

Mixing method: Mix in the final step. The temperature of the cosmetics must be lower than 60 °C and have a pH of 2.0-6.0.

Usage rate: 0.5-1.25% (eye products Use no more than 0.5%, all forms of closed container products 1.0% and open container products. such as cream jar 1.25%)

Product characteristics: Clear liquid, clear-light yellow color.

Solubility: Can be dissolved in water (not more than 1.0%), soluble in oil (dissolved in mineral oil not more than 0.6%).

Storage: Can be stored at room temperature. But close the bottle cap tightly. Then completely protected from sunlight or heat. The product has a minimum shelf life of 2 years when stored at low temperatures. May cause sediment. Before use, please warm it at 50-60 degrees for 10 minutes to allow the sediment to dissolve. Phenoxyethanol SA may appear darker in color. When it lasts longer or exposed to light for a long time
