How it works Diazolidinyl urea acts as a formaldehyde-releasing preservative. It slowly and continuously releases small amounts of formaldehyde, which inhibits the growth of microorganisms.

Wide Range of Applications: Diazolidinyl urea can be found in a wide variety of cosmetic and personal care products, including creams, lotions, shampoos, conditioners, shower gels, cosmetics, and more. It is often used in water-based formulas.

Potential allergens: Some people may be sensitive or allergic to formaldehyde or formaldehyde-releasing compounds, such as dizolidinyl urea. An allergic reaction may manifest through skin irritation, redness, or itching.



Usage: For any cosmetic product

Mixing method: Can withstand heat up to 60 degrees. Can dissolve in water. Can work in the pH range of 3-9.

Usage rate: 0.1-0.5%
