Bromelain Benefits:

Limitations of Bromelain use:

1. The formula must have a pH of 5.0-8.0 for Bromelain to be most stable.

2. Do not expose to heat above 40 degrees. The finished formula should be stored at a low temperature (6-15 degrees) to allow the enzyme to last as long as possible.

3. The formula should contain 0.1-0.2% Disodium EDTA to help prevent Metal ions from destroying the Bromelain enzyme.

4. Bromelain when dissolved in water It will smell like pineapple. May cause cosmetics to have a light scent from pineapple.

Temperature 4 degrees can be stored for 25 months, temperature 15 degrees can be stored for 18 months, room temperature can be stored for 12 months.
