• Fermentation:

  • During fermentation, the yeast produces a variety of beneficial compounds, including amino acids, peptides, and vitamins.
• Lysis and Filtration:
  • The yeast cells undergo a lysis process, which breaks down the cell walls, releasing intracellular components into the medium.
  • The resulting mixture is filtered to separate the lysed cell contents from the solid cell debris, creating a filtrate.
