Palmitoyl Tetrapeptide-7 is one of the most effective collagen stimulating peptides. It is usually available in water-soluble liquid form, which is not suitable for use in lip balm, lip stick, lip care products.
LipX™-Defensyl is developed in a powder form that is dispersible in lip formulations, allowing it to be mixed into lip balm, lip stick, and lip care formulations.
LipX™-Defensyl (Palmitoyl Tetrapeptide-7 Peptide Powder) is water soluble and can be used in other formulations that require an extra high concentration of peptides, as it contains at least 10 times more peptides than the liquid formulation.
Use: For lip care products, helps stimulate collagen.
Mixing method: Blend until dispersed in the formula.
Usage rate: 0.25-1.0% (recommended 0.5%)
Product characteristics: fine white powder
Solubility: Can be dispersed in the formula.
Storage: Can be stored at the lowest temperature, recommended -20C. The product has a minimum shelf life of 2 years.
