Inulin Lauryl Carbamate is developed as an emulsion stabilizer or an emulsion stabilizer with a different mechanism from other emulsion stabilizers.

Inulin Lauryl Carbamate encapsulates oil droplets (oil particles in oil-in-water emulsions), resulting in a highly stable emulsion without the need for high viscosity. An example of a product that benefits from this property is spray

Examples of Inulin Lauryl Carbamate use

1. Emulsion stabilizer in spray formulas that contain a high proportion of oil, which is usually very difficult to stabilize due to the liquid formula.

2. Primary emulsifier acts as an emulsifier or water-oil coordinator in any formula that is difficult to coordinating, causing frequent separation, for example, a sunscreen lotion formula that is highly liquid (milky sunscreen lotion).

Limitations of Inulin Lauryl Carbamate in Emulsifying Formulations:

1. pH should be in the range of 4-11.

2. Withstands a wide temperature range from -20 degrees to +50 degrees (can withstand heat up to 80 degrees during the soldering process)

3. Salt (electrolyte) resistance of not less than 26%.

Usage: For acting as an emulsifier stabilizer. The formula has a pH range of 4-11.

Mixing method: Blend together the water portion.

Usage rate: 0.1-4.0%

Product Description: Thick liquid

Solubility: Soluble in water.

Storage: Can be stored at room temperature, but keep the bottle cap tightly closed and away from sunlight or heat.

INCI Name : Glycerin, Inulin Lauryl Carbamate
