Moist Cream Maker™ (popularly known by the trade name Emulgade PL 68/50 or Montanov 68) is an emulsifier (oil in water) developed for creating heavy cream textures. Holds moisture and moisturizes the skin well It is of natural origin (warning: it is natural-derived). It cannot be claimed to be 100% natural because, although it has natural origins but must go through a chemical process)
Moist Cream Maker™ can create emulsion in the form of Liquid crystal, which has good emulsion stability and holds water well. and can help bring ingredients into the skin well
From the research above, it was found that using Moist Cream Maker™ can help reduce skin water loss (TEWL: Transepidermal water loss) well and provide long-lasting moisture to the skin for 5 hours after application.
This product It is not manufactured by the manufacturer Emulgade PL 68/50 but has an equivalent chemical structure.
Usage: As a cream binder (emulsifier), suitable for heavy creams.
Mixing method: Dissolve in oil. Suitable for formulas with a pH range of 3.0-10.0.
Usage rate: 1-3% depending on the proportion of oil in the formula. By combining the oil with a maximum of not more than 40%, if the formula contains electrolyte, it is recommended to add 0.3-0.5% Xanthan Gum to increase the stability of the formula.
Product appearance: Light colored powder, flakes
Solubility: soluble in oil (Melting Point: 60C)
Storage: Can be stored at room temperature. But close the bottle cap tightly. Then completely protected from sunlight or heat. The product has a minimum shelf life of 2 years.
