Glass Moist™ (Oil-Free Glass Skin, 3 Day Fast Action) is a moisturizer designed to create Glass Skin or shiny, healthy skin but not oily and does not contain any oil as a component. So it doesn't clog pores. And can be used by people with oily skin too.

Can be blended to disperse into any gel or cream immediately. The texture is opaque and white. If mixed in a clear gel formula You will get a slightly cloudy, semi-transparent gel texture.

The difference between the appearance of Glass Skin and oily skin is that if you try blotting it with oil blotting paper, Glass Skin will still retain its shine, but if your skin is oily, there will be no shine left.
