Dioleoylethyl Hydroxyethylmonium Methosulfate is a cationic surfactant of the esterquats generation.

These products have better biodegradability, lower toxicity and lower skin irritation than typical quaternary ammonium compounds.

Due to its liquid form at room temperature, it is possible to obtain final formulae without heating during the process.

Before its use, Dioleoylethyl Hydroxyethylmonium Methosulfate has to be homogenized at 35-40ºC if any kind of haziness or separation are observed.

Main functions of Dioleoylethyl Hydroxyethylmonium Methosulfate are:

Dioleoylethyl Hydroxyethylmonium Methosulfate is compatible with other cationic, non-ionic and amphoteric surfactants, being possible to prepare stable mixtures at different ratios between them.

Usage: Provides softness to the hair in shampoo, conditioner and treatment formulas.

How to mix: Mix in water (water-phase), blend until dissolved. Heat can be used to accelerate dissolution.

Usage rate: 0.1-3.0%

Product appearance: Yellow liquid Precipitates easily. Must be shaken before use.

Solubility: Can dissolve in water

Storage: Can be stored at room temperature. But close the bottle cap tightly. Then completely protected from sunlight or heat. Do not expose to moisture. The product has a minimum shelf life of 2 years from the date of manufacture.
