Examples of products using Bubble Max™ (All are products for the Korean market, as the manufacturer of Bubble Max™ is based in Korea)
Warning: There are steps to use Bubble Max™. Please follow all the steps.
1. The appropriate usage rate is at 5-8%.
2. Bubble Max™ can evaporate at room temperature, so it should be stored in a cool place. When measuring and mixing into formulas, it should be done in a cool place to prevent Bubble Max™ from evaporating, which can result in incorrect formula ratios.
3. Add to the formula in the last step. Do not expose to heat above 40 degrees (recommended below 30 degrees). Do not mix in a vacuum pot. Must add to a normal blender. Blend at low speed just to mix with the formula.
4. Finished products using Bubble Max™ in the formula should be packed in vacuum-sealed packaging, preventing air from entering or escaping easily, to prevent evaporation of Bubble Max™ from the formula.
5. The formula must contain a detergent to react with Bubble Max™ to automatically produce foam. If there is no detergent , a very high amount of Bubble Max™ (25-35%) is required to produce foam.
Bubble Max™ can be added to any liquid soap, shampoo, face wash, moisturizer, or gel formula, but it should be added at the last step and gently mixed.
Usage: For skin cleansing or skin care products.
Mixing method: Mix into the formula at the last step.
Usage rate: 5-8%
Product characteristics: Colorless liquid, volatile.
Dissolving: Able to be dispersed in the formula (cannot be dissolved, must be emulsified and the formula must be thick enough to avoid separation)
Storage: Can be stored in the refrigerator, tightly closed from sunlight and heat. The product has a shelf life of at least 2 years. **Always close the lid tightly because it can evaporate easily.**
