    Cetyl Alcohol is a thickener or thickening agent in cream. It looks like flakes. When mixed with any type of Cream Maker, it will add texture to the cream. There is more cream. Gives a thicker cream texture.

    Cetyl Alcohol is an occlusive emollient or helps coat the skin. To reduce the chance of skin water loss, it is a moisturizer in itself.

    Cetyl Alcohol must be used with any type of Cream Maker because Cetyl Alcohol cannot bind water with oil.

    Cetyl Alcohol is different from Cetearyl Alcohol in that Cetearyl Alcohol is more effective in coating the skin (occlusive) and is more gentle on the skin than Cetyl Alcohol.

    Cetyl Alcohol will cause the whiteness of the cream. When applied to the skin If you don't want a white cast when applied to the skin. Please choose to use. Pentaerythrityl Distearate substitute

    Examples of using Cetyl Alcohol to help make the cream heavier.

    Distilled water 88%

    Light Cream Maker 1%

    Rose Hip Oil 5%

    Cetyl Alcohol 5%

    Phenoxyethanol SA (preservative) 1%

    The formula is heavier in texture than the formula without Cetyl. Alcohol

    Usage: For lotion or cream products

    Mixing method: Melt with heat of approximately 60 degrees to become liquid. and mixed in oil (oil-phase)

    Usage rate: 0.5-6%

    Product appearance: pearl white and shiny crystals

    Solubility: Can dissolve in water and oil by heating until liquid first.

    Storage: Can be stored at room temperature. But close the bottle cap tightly. Then completely protected from sunlight or heat. The product has a minimum shelf life of 2 years.
