Silica is designed to increase the stability of any water-in-oil cream formula. Oil-Fix™ encapsulates water molecules within the oil, making any water-in-oil formula more stable.

Oil-Fix™ W has an advantage over other types of Oil-Fix™ in that it can increase the waterproof performance of the formula. Even better, Oil-Fix™ W has a very waterproof surface.

Oil-Fix™ W is Silica that is designed to increase the stability of any water-in-oil or water-in-silica cream formula . Oil-Fix™ wraps water molecules inside the oil, making the formula water- Any in-oil is more stable. Including the ability to have high oil levels that cannot be achieved with any type of Emulsifier / Cream Maker.

Oil-Fix™ W also helps adjust the texture of any formula. to have the following characteristics:

- To be dry Reduce stickiness. (Usage level more than 1.5%) suitable for any cream formula.

- Improves waterproof performance (use level 2-4%), suitable for sunscreen, any form of make-up product.

- Reduce foam formation in the formula (Usage level greater than 0.5%)

- Gives a soft, matte texture (use level 0.5-4%) suitable for Lip, Liquid Foundation, BB/CC

- Helps distribute and capture pigments Creates an even color (using a level of 0.5-2%), suitable for any type of make-up.

- Solve the problem of formula separation, such as the problem of bleeding of oil from lipstick (similar to sweat from a lipstick stick)

Oil-Fix™ type O/S/W can be used as an oil thickener to create an oil gel texture by increasing the thickness of various oils or silicones as follows.

- All types of LipidSoft groups, use Oil-Fix™ O or Oil-Fix™ W.

- Mineral oil , use Oil-Fix™ S or Oil-Fix™ W.

- Vegetable oil (any natural oil such as Rose HIp Oil, Jojoba Oil) use Oil-Fix™ O. or Oil-Fix™ W

- Silicone Oil (such as Dimethicone, Cyclomethicone) to use. Oil-Fix™ S or Oil-Fix™ W

- Isododecane , Isohexadecane and any -decane group, use Oil-Fix™ W.

- Polyethylene glycol, Propylene glycol, Butylene glycol or other types of glycol , use Oil-Fix™ O. or Oil-Fix™ W

Recommendations for choosing different types of Oil-Fix™:

Make-up formulas (lip, foundation, or any form) that require good waterproof performance use Oil-Fix™ W.

General make-up formulas (lip, foundation, or any form) that do not require waterproof performance. Use Oil-Fix™ O. or Oil-Fix™ S

Water-in-oil formula (or water-in-oil+silicone but has oil as the main basis) General skin care products Choose Oil-Fix™ O

Water-in-silicone formula (or water-in-oil+silicone but has silicone as the main) general skin care product. Choose Oil-Fix™ S.

The formula for massage oil depends on the oil used in the formula. Choose to use according to the instructions above.

Oil-Fix™ can be used to create Liquid Make-Up, Liquid Foundation by fixing various pigments and foundation powders in oil stably. No sedimentation or separation occurs.

LipidSoft Lite ™ 64.5%

Titanium Dioxide 200nm EasyDisperse™ 5%

Silk Mica Powder 15%

BB Micro Silk ™ 5%

MatteSilica ™ 5%

Beige Iron Oxides EasyMix ™ 0.5%

Oil-Fix™ 5%

Mixing Procedure: Blend all ingredients together for at least 10 minutes to allow the Oil-Fix™ to completely disperse.

Description of how Oil-Fix™ W works

1. Oil-Fix™ W has the characteristic of attracting together. which is beneficial for increasing the stability of the formula But when pressed or crushed (event when user applied to the skin) the structure will separate and fall apart. Ready to spread easily on the skin.

2. Oil-Fix™ W encapsulates water molecules within Oil-Fix™ and forms a network around them. oil molecule Therefore it can help act as a replacement for any type of emulsifier very well. and prevent separation of formula layers

3. Oil-Fix™ W reduces light refraction. This is a normal property of Silica, making the formula soft and matte.

Oil-Fix™ is Silica but does not provide the softness and smoothness of other types of Silica such as MatteSilica.

Usage: For all types of water-in-oil products that need to increase stability. or adjust the texture of the skin (texture/skin-feel)

Mixing method: Disperse into any formula containing oil, silicone, or hydrocarbons as a component.

Usage rate: 0.5-10%

Product characteristics: White powder, very light texture.

Solubility: Can be dispersed in any formula containing oils, silicones, or hydrocarbons.

Storage: Can be stored at room temperature. But close the bottle cap tightly. Then completely protected from sunlight or heat. The product has a minimum shelf life of 2 years.
