Lip Cool™ provides a cool sensation for approximately 20 minutes.

Lip Cool™ is only suitable for use in Lip products. It cannot cool the skin.

It must be dissolved in water or Glycerin or any type of Glycol. If you mix it in an oil formula such as Lip Stick, Lip Balm, it must be coordinated. For products in Stick or Balm form, we recommend using Water Balm.

Usage: Use in lip formula.

Mixing method: Mix in oil-phase.

Usage rate: 0.05-0.5%
