1. Phytosphingosine SA is well soluble in Octyldodecanol Therefore the formula must have Octyldodecanol at 6-7% for Phytosphingosine SA 0.1% and Octyldodecanol at 12-14% for Phytosphingosine SA 0.2%.

2. In the process of heating the oil part and water-oil cementation, high heat of 80-90 degrees must be used in order for Phytosphingosine SA to completely dissolve in the formula. If it is not completely dissolved and a precipitate forms (crystallization) the formula will not be effective.

3. Formulas using Phytosphingosine SA must be mixed with a blender. The blender must be used. Dissolver/Disperse Head for Overhead Stirrer at minimum rpm. 1000 rpm or the Homogenizer at a minimum speed 2500 rpm

1. Butter Cream Maker 4%

2. Cetearyl Alcohol 4%

3. Octyldodecanol 13% 

4.Phytosphingosine SA 0.2%

5. Phenoxyethanol SA 1%

6. Vitamin B5 2%

7.Water 75.8%

Mixing steps:

1. Heat 1+2+3+4 with heat at 80-90 degrees and blend gently to combine. until it becomes liquid oil and it was not found that the item had been dropped before Phytosphingosine SA remains as part of the oil.

2. Mix 6+7 together and heat to 80-90 degrees as water.

3. Bring the water part together with the oil part. By gradually adding water to the oil. Spin at a speed of at least 1000 rpm while harmonizing together Until it all fits together

4. Leave it to cool down to no more than 50 degrees. Add 5 and blend well.
