A=Excellent Adhesion (adheres to the skin excellently Suitable for use as a base coat)
H=Hardness (exceptionally hard Suitable for use as a top coat)
F=Flexibility (Good flexibility Suitable for use as a base coat)
Y=Yellow Resistance (specially resistant to yellowness)
0F = Functionality 0 (the higher it is, the higher the Reactivity level, making it cure or harden quickly)
1F = Functionality 1
2F = Functionality 2
3F = Functionality 3
4F = Functionality 4
6F = Functionality 6
8F = Functionality 9
Last set of numbers Indicates the thickness (viscosity) such as 2K = 2000cps, 30 = 30cps, 60K = 60000cps.
General formula of UV Gel Nail
Base Coat:
HPMA 20% (serves to help dissolve, adjust thickness appropriately)
TPO-L 5% (acts as Photoinitiator when exposed to UV light will stimulate the resin to harden)
Highly flexible resin and sticks well to the nail surface, such as UV-Resin A-4F-2K 50%
Resin type that provides medium hardness Provides moderate flexibility, such as UV-Resin 2F-30K 10%
Resin types that provide high hardness, such as UV-Resin H-8F-2K 15%
Color Layer:
HPMA 20% (serves to help dissolve, adjust thickness appropriately)
TPO-L 5% (acts as Photoinitiator when exposed to UV light will stimulate the resin to harden)
Resin type that provides medium hardness Provides moderate flexibility, such as UV-Resin 2F-30K 5 0%
Other resins that provide medium hardness Provides moderate flexibility, such as UV-Resin 2F-7K 15%
Resin types that provide high hardness, such as UV-Resin H-8F-2K 10%
Top Coat:
HPMA 20% (serves to help dissolve, adjust thickness appropriately)
TPO-L 5% (acts as Photoinitiator when exposed to UV light will stimulate the resin to harden)
Resin types that provide high hardness, such as UV-Resin H-8F-2K 35%
Resin types that provide high hardness, other types such as UV-Resin H-6F-60K 30%
Resin that adheres well to the surface, such as UV-Resin 1F-30 10%
Usage: For UV Gel Nail, nail polish or other coating work.
Mixing method: Mix with various types of resin and mix with paint (curing time must use UV Lamp, duration approximately 60 seconds)
Usage rate: 1-100% (allowed for use on nails It serves as nail polish only. It is not allowed to be used on other parts of the body.)
Product characteristics: Colorless or light liquid with a characteristic odor.
Solubility: Can be dissolved with other types of UV Curable Resin, dissolved in HPMA , TPO-L
Storage: Store at room temperature. Avoid sunlight and heat. Has a shelf life of at least 1 year. In the case of exposure to light, it will cure itself. The substance will harden and become unusable.
