Oil-Fix™ W has an advantage over other types of Oil-Fix™ in that it can increase the waterproof performance of the formula. Even better, Oil-Fix™ W has a very waterproof surface.
Cetearyl Alcohol is used to help stabilize emulsions, increase the viscosity of creams or lotions, and enhance the effectiveness of moisturizers because Cetearyl Alcohol has emollient properties in itself.
