UV-Resin 15F-50K (Aliphatic urethane acrylate)
Viscosity: 40,000-70,000 cPs (25C)
Fast curing speed, yellowing resistance, good adhesion, good flexibility, odorless
reactivity = 4/5
toughness = 2/5
yellow resistance = 3/5
hardness = 2/5
adhesion = 3/5
chem resistance = 3/5
scratch = 2/5
Explanation of product code UV Curable Resins
A=Excellent Adhesion (excellent adhesion to the surface suitable for use as a base coat)
H=Hardness suitable for use as a top coat)
F=Flexibility (flexible) Suitable for use as a base coat)
Y=Yellow Resistance (Ultra yellow resistance)
0F = Functionality 0 (The higher the level, the higher the Reactivity level, making it faster to cure or harden)
1F = Functionality 1
2F = Functionality 2
3F = Functionality 3
4F = Functionality 4
6F = Functionality 6
8F = Functionality 9
last number Refers to the viscosity, such as 2K = 2000cps, 30 = 30cps, 60K = 60000cps.
General formula of UV Gel Nail
Base Coat:
HPMA 20% (acts as a solubilizer, adjusts the thickness appropriately)
TPO-L 5% (acting as Photoinitiator when exposed to UV light will cause the Resin to harden)
Highly flexible type of resin. and adheres well to nail surfaces such as UV-Resin A-4F-2K 50%
Medium hard resin provides moderate flexibility, for example UV-Resin 2F-30K 10%
Resin type that provides high strength such as UV-Resin H-8F-2K 15%
Color Layer:
HPMA 20% (acts as a solubilizer, adjusts the thickness appropriately)
TPO-L 5% (acting as Photoinitiator when exposed to UV light will cause the Resin to harden)
Medium hard resin provides moderate flexibility, for example UV-Resin 2F-30K 5 0%
Other resins with moderate hardness provides moderate flexibility, for example UV-Resin 2F-7K 15%
Resin type that provides high strength such as UV-Resin H-8F-2K 10%
Top Coat:
HPMA 20% (acts as a solubilizer, adjusts the thickness appropriately)
TPO-L 5% (acting as Photoinitiator when exposed to UV light will cause the Resin to harden)
Resin type that provides high strength such as UV-Resin H-8F-2K 35%
Resin type that provides high strength, other types such as UV-Resin H-6F-60K 30%
Resin that adheres well to the skin, such as UV-Resin 1F-30 10%
Use: For UV Gel Nail, nail polish color or other coating work
How to mix: Mix with different types of resin and mix with color (curing time requires UV Lamp for about 60 seconds).
Utilization rate: 1-100% (allowed for nails By acting as a nail color only, not allowed to be used on other parts of the body)
Product characteristics: Colorless or light-colored liquid with a characteristic odor.
Solubility: Able to mix with other UV Curable Resin, Soluble in HPMA , TPO-L
Storage: store at room temperature Avoid sunlight and heat. Aged at least 1 year. In case of being exposed to light, the cure will occur by itself. The passenger will harden and cannot be used.
