DHA from algae to add to baked goods

Postby nudissaya » Thu Mar 30, 2023 5:38 pm

hello

Interested in buying DHA from seaweed to add to baked goods?

https://www.myskinrecipes.com/shop/en/heart-cardiovascular/8693-docosahexaenoic-acid-10-DHA-powder-from-algae.html

I don't know if it can be mixed in raw materials, flour and baked or not. If I buy 100 grams, how many grams of DHA will I have? Thank you.

hello

Docosahexaenoic acid 10% (DHA) (Water Disperse Powder, From Algae)

It is a powder that can be dispersed in water. (will have a turbid liquid) will not be able to withstand high heat. Baking at high temperatures can cause DHA to deteriorate.

Contains 10% DHA, which means 100g of powder contains 10g of DHA.
