Can the formula below do this? Where do I need to adjust, any advice?

It is a Treatment Gel formula for treating acne/acne scars and dark spots on the back by using concentrated AHA , BHA , used only 1-2 times a week.

Xanthan Gum (clear gel type, smooth texture without stretching) 1 %

Safe-B3 ™ ( Vitamin B3, Niacinamide ) 1 %

Carbomer 940 (EasyDisperse™) 1 %

The formula has many problems.

For example, the use of Carbomer will need to adjust the pH in order for the Carbomer to be dissolved.

The use of many hydroxy acids together with ( BHA , AHA ), a total of about 4 items at a high rate. May cause skin irritation Too harsh on the skin
