1. MSH White if dissolved in alcohol then mixed in the base cream successfully will come back as sediment Like before melting?
2. MSH White if dissolved in alcohol Then mix in the water or toner, will it return to the powder like before dissolving or not?
3. How many times alcohol must be used for MSH White to dissolve?
4. Does dissolving with alcohol require heat?
(Objective is mix with cream or existing toner I don't blend the cream by myself.)

1. Depending on the cream base, how well MSH White can dissolve, for example, if the base cream Very high water content (which MSH White cannot dissolve at all) will cause precipitate. But if that base cream has high oil, it may not cause sediment.
Correct dissolution method is to dissolve and combine with the oil and then merge with the water part
