If you are interested in making pillow spray, can you use Base Reeddiffusor? Can this bass hit the skin? Does it contain alcohol? Can I use peg-40 hydrogenated to dissolve the essentail oil to make it clear into the base? Or if we don't want to use the Reed base, can we use Water mixed with LipidSoft Deo ?

Not suitable because the Reed Diffuser Base has its own smell. It's more suitable for use in reed diffuser formulas, where the scent of the Reed Diffuser Base won't diffuse (but if you spray it on the pillow, it smells better).
In the case of doing a pillow spray, it is recommended
Flora Solve Clear is about 2-3 times the ratio of Essential Oil.
Essential Oil 1-3%
The remainder is 100% water.
