Well, I ordered Zinc PCA and put it in the factory's serum formula. that are normally sold to try to make a formula to reduce acne especially
It appears that those who have tried it report that they have more inflamed acne without changing other extracts at all. Just reduce the % in water and add Zinc PCA to 1%. I would like some advice as to what might be the cause in the formula:

formula:
1. Water 81%%
2.Niacinamide 10%
3. Isopentyldiol 5%
4. Sodium Citrate 5%
5. Ethoxydiglycol 1%
6. Zinc PCA 1%
7. Sodium Hyaluronate 0.3%
8. Phenoxyethanol (and) Triethylene Glycol 0.5%
9. Hyaluronic Acid 0.3%
10. Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose stearoxy ether 0.1%

1. How many total test takers, how many inflamed acne were found?

2. Have you done a left-white blind test or not? (One side uses the old formula, one side uses the new formula. without letting the user know)

3. Duration of application, number of application times per day
