hello


I want to make cookies that are baked at a temperature of 170 C. If you add zinc, Iron, calcium, Inulin , will it stay after baking?

If you mix zinc iron calcium Inulin in the dough and use it to make pancakes on the stove, will the minerals remain after making it?

If it's zinc, Iron, calcium, Inulin , no problem. It's still there and doesn't lose quality.
