Need help and get help on dietary supplement formulation development

Please ask for the following information.

1. Lactobacillus Casei

2. Lactobacillus Acidophilus

3. Lactobacillus Rhamnosus

4. Bifidobacterium Adolescentis

5. Bifidobacterium Infantis

6. Bifodobacterium Lactis

6-Strains Probiotic (10billion CFU/g) (Freeze-dried) . How many milligrams per 100 mg of this product if added to a supplement?

Inulin (Long-chain, DP 23) Inulin, long chain

Inulin (Long-chain, DP 10) Inulin, short chain grade

The Inulin should be mixed in Probiotic , used as a short or a long line, and how much should be when putting 6 strains 100 mg

Fructooligosaccharide (FOS) if you put 6 strains 100 mg Inulin (short or long) 200 mg should put fucto how much can you put 100 mg?

and can add Vitamin C (Vitamin C) (Fine Fine Powder) 50 mg size and Zinc Amino acid Chelate 50 mg size

Can it be totaled into 500 mg please?

hello


1. Equal proportions for all 6 substances (about 16.7% each)


2. Inulin Long Chain is more useful than Inulin Short Chain. It can be dissolved in water until clear, depending on the nature of the product developed. If you want to dissolve in clear water, choose Short Chain if not necessary. (such as packing capsules or hammer pills), choose Long Chain.


3. You can add other ingredients as needed.

Please ask further questions. From this formula, can I add ZINC aminoacid and vitamin C together?

hello


If it's a powdered product, watch and drink it. can do But if it's liquid, it shouldn't be because Vitamin C is acidic. may cause some ingredients deteriorates faster than other items


if it is liquid And need to use Vitamin C in the formula, choose Sodium Ascorbate (Vitamin C Buffered) instead because it is not acidic like ascorbic acid .

Please ask. If it's a powder type of bacteria, 7 types and add Vitamin C and zinc in the capsule, can it be done in powder type? Or do I have to choose zinc with a neutral ph value?

If it's a capsule filling You don't have to worry about the pH because it's not dissolved in water before eating. but to dissolve and disintegrate in the stomach instead
