Solvent nano-ZnO

Nano-ZnO (nano-ZnO) in powder form, can it be used with solvent, and if so, can we use it as an ingredient in shampoo?

Hello, use in shampoo for ขจัดรังแค , right? Use Zinc Pyrithione zinc oxide not recommended.
