vit c serum can this formula be mixed together? And can you go up? น้ำกลั่น 86.8 g Disodium EDTA Phenoxyethanol 1 gram Ascorbyl Tetraisopalmitate 10g Vitamin E ( Tocopherol Acetate ) 1g Sodium Polyacrylate (and) Polyisobutene 1g

Hello Sodium Polyacrylate (and) Polyisobutene is Light Cream Maker is that right? The formula can be mixed. It is recommended to change Phenoxyethanol to Mild Preserved Eco 1%
