Question about toner making problems

Substance % Wakame Extract 3 Complex salicylic 5 Lactobionic Acid 3 Zinc PCA 1 Laurocapram 2 Rose Water 81.3 EDTA 0.2 Allantoin 0.5 Natural Betaine 4 Make a toner according to the components above. Above, it was found that the substance was as in the picture. Could you please take a look and see what caused it? Can we shake it and use it normally? Thank you.

Ingredients that have been reported are 100% complete. The staff's answer is gone. Even though it's just the word.....preliminary I think...

Hello, I'm sorry. Could you please check the pH of the formula? Allantoin must be reduced because it will not dissolve completely. but other parts that may be precipitated, not sure Zinc PCA or not because Zinc PCA will dissolve in water at pH 4-6.

Allantoin is used as recommended on the product page. can be dissolved

As far as I tried to dissolve one by one, from the scales, it looks like a pointed stick, probably Lactobionic . Next round, I will try to dissolve it with Propanediol at a rate of 2 times that of Lactobionic . I'm not sure if this will solve the problem or not.

Lactobionic Acid is directly soluble in water.


I don't know what the formula has the pH value, can you help me measure it?
