importing raw materials Vaseline Petroleum Jelly to be used in hair serum, what should I do? In what way will it dissolve?

Hi, it depends on what other elements in the formula are, usually Petroleum Jelly is soluble with other oils. Can you? If there is only oil in the recipe no problem can mix together
