Claim Oil-Free in formula with ethylhexyl palmitate.

Please inquire If in the formula ethylhexyl palmitate which is Ester, I'm not sure if I can claim it as Oil-Free or not, thank you.

Hello, chemically, ester is considered an oil, so it cannot be claimed to be oil-free.
