I'm going to do a project by making hair treatment products. So I came across this website and wanted to buy ingredients from this website. I read many posts and still didn't understand. If you buy the following ingredients, will it be made into a cream? Use butterfly pea water instead of plain water.
Cetearyl Alcohol Light Cream Maker Fractionated Coconut Oil น้ำมันมะกอก Preserve free bhl I'm not sure the proportion yet. If there are only these ingredients, can it be a treatment? Or is there anything missing, please advise. The teacher wanted it to be as natural as possible.
