Hello PVP cannot moisturize the skin. Because it does not qualify as a moisturizing agent, but has a film former appearance, which when forming a film coating on the surface. It may be able to help reduce the water loss of the skin. (This results in the skin being more hydrated by itself. because of reduced water evaporation). The type with high molecular weight has high viscosity. If used with moisturizing agent ingredients, it's the same PVP itself cannot make the moisturizing agent mixture more effective. because this group of ingredients It will be absorbed into the skin to be active, but adding PVP to the formula may help. Reduce the water loss of the skin As learned above
