Emulsifier Which one is natural?

Hello Emulsifier type that is 100% natural. Currently there is only one type which is Soy Lecithin but has limitations in synchronization efficiency and Stability, which is compared to Emulsifier derived from chemistry or Emulsifier with natural origin But it can't go through a chemical process. Example Emulsifier that has natural origin. but through a chemical process such as Light Lotion Maker (ECOCERT Certified)
