Can propolymer gel be mixed with silicone?

Make gel from propolymer then remove Silicone Film (Long-Wear, Hard, Isododecane Base) This one is mixed in. Can you? if you don't want to use ซิลิโคน gel

Hello, Primer must make a recipe. Water-in-Oil while Pro Polymer acts as thickener / Gel Maker in oil-in-water formula, therefore it is wrong for purpose.
