Recommended blending TXC Hydro White Concentrate

I have ordered a mix of recipes. TXC Hydro White Concentrate I wonder why. Complex Salicylic Acid into the last part and then the substance that 8, let's put it in 2 times. When did the 19th substance wear it? Anyway, please give me some mixing steps.
