Need 100% insoluble silicone or less soluble in water. In order to mix in the water phase, separate layers, please advise. Should I use it? ซิลิโคน which one ?

Silicone and water, if they are to be combined into a homogeneous one Emulsifier (Interface) I don't know if there is a water-soluble silicone too?

Means I want a silicone that "not" dissolves in water without adding Emulsifier because I want to make a separate layered formula. It's 2 Layers, similar to cleaning water mood that separates the oil and water phase, but I prefer to use silicone instead of oil.

Hello, as suggested by Mr. llerickll. That's right. Normally, not all silicones are soluble in water. Except for some items that are clearly written that the structure has been modified to be water soluble. So it can be dissolved in water.
