Hi,

Some ingredients in your formulation can't dissolve in water so you will need to have oil phase in this formulation.

And when you have oil phase in the formulation, you will also need an Emulsifier to emulsify oil into water

For the comment of the ingredient choices, Ethyl Ascorbic acid at 15% may not be very useful, we suggest to use it at around 5%. Above this level won't offer you much higher benefit

I mix WhiteCumin with Propenediol and mix in the water. Is that ok?

So I use only 5% Ethyl Ascorbic acid ?

Hi,

Yes you can dissolve WhiteCumin in Propanediol , but when you add it into water base, you will need an Emulsifier .

We suggest you use Satin Cream Maker 1% add into the water phase - this will give some consistency, then once you have your WhiteCumin solution ( WhiteCumin dissolved in Propanediol ) ready, you can add it into your water phase.
