I ordered Base PVA 217 and followed the instructions on the website, that is, mix the water, but when I mix the PVA into the water like PVA, it doesn't dissolve completely. So I would like to ask for more information about mixing. whether water should be used at room temperature or hot/boiling water for mixing and the right ratio of water to PVA for mixing or the proper procedure for mixing
