1. Safe-B3 ™ ( Vitamin B3, Niacinamide , Switzerland) 2. GlucoBright™ ( Acetyl glucosamine ) 3. Ethoxydiglycol how to mix 3 Top with oil based body cream. You can mix 1 2 3 together first. and then can be mixed in the main ingredient right?

Hello, does the formula contain water as a component or not? About how many %? All 3 ingredients as stated must be dissolved in water. If the formula contains water, there is no problem (unless the proportion of water is very small. which may not be sufficient to dissolve Items 1,2)

Hello, the formula cannot be mixed. Because some ingredients like Safe-B3 , GlucoBright must be dissolved in water. But there's no water in the recipe.
