Perfume oil can be mixed with more diluted alcohol or not.

หัวน้ำหอม mixed with the quintessential coconut oil base. Can be mixed with a base that is แอลกอฮอล์ again, how will the result be, thank you

Hello Fractionated Coconut Oil and Alcohol can Can mix together, which means members can mix น้ำหอม + Fractionated Coconut Oil + ethanol can be used in the same formula. without the need for a coordinator
