PCMX when dissolved with glycol Or alcohol, it looks clear and dissolves well. But when pouring it into the water, it becomes cloudy as a white sediment. When touching the pestle, it looks like it won't dissolve. What should I do? Please suggest. I will use it to make hand spray. If it doesn't melt like this, it will probably clog the pipe of the bottle for sure.
