Can I ask for some advice on the roll-on deodorant formula?

All ingredients by weight

Anti-Sweat ™ ( Aluminum Chlorohydrate ) 18%

Water DI 36%

Hydroxyethyl Cellulose (HEC) (4500mPa.s) 0.1%

PEG-40 Hydrogenated Castor Oil 6%

Last Fix ™ 5%

Mild Preserved Eco ™ ( Preservative-Free ) 1.5%

Disodium EDTA 0.2%

ethanol 16.6%

perfume oil 16.6%

Citric Acid until a pH of approximately 4.7 is reached.


water part

1. Add Disodium EDTA to the water.

2. Add Hydroxyethyl Cellulose (HEC) (4500mPa.s)


perfume section

1. Mix ethanol with Last Fix ™ to dissolve completely.

2. Fill with Mild Preserved Eco ™ ( Preservative-Free ).

3. Mix PEG-40 Hydrogenated Castor Oil with fragrance oil well before adding to ethanol .

Mix the water and fragrance together, then add Citric Acid (Anhydrous, Natural) until the pH is about 4.7, then add Anti-Sweat ™ ( Aluminum Chlorohydrate ).

trying to get a typical roll-on gel texture in the market

Please advise if there is anything that should be added or cut.
