Please check the recipe and ask for advice on using the emulsifier.

I ordered 2 types of Water in Oil emulsions: POLYGLYCERYL-2 SESQUIOLEATE and Soy Lecithin. However, after emulsifying for a while, phase separation occurred. Please check the formula.

Formula 1

Oil phase

Sunflower Oil 10%

Bee wax 2%

Cetyl palmitate 5%

Magnesium Stearate 2%

POLYGLYCERYL-2 SESQUIOLEATE 4%

Water phase

Distilled water 68%

Glycerin 8%

Zinc Sulfate heptahydrate 5%

Preservative eco 1%

Recipe 2

Oil phase

Sunflower Oil 40%

Shea butter 20%

Soy Lecithin 10%

Water phase

Distilled water 28.5%

Zinc Sulfate 0.5%

Preservative eco 1%

Both formulas are hot blended at 70 degrees Celsius. After cooling down, they separate into two layers. I don't know how to solve this problem.
