Please inquire about usage. Behentrimonium methosulfate (BTMS 90%)

Hello, the company has recently made a purchase. Behentrimonium methosulfate (BTMS 90%) is mixed into the Moisture Cream formula for facial skin. But there was a problem as follows.

1. I saw on the website that this product is water soluble. So I put it in the water part with water, EDTA , Allantoin , Glycerin , Carbomer 940 (0.52%) and BTMS90% (1%).

***But the result is that it is very difficult to dissolve. Just use heat to help. Spin for hours There are still white scales.

2. Try changing the method of blending Carbomer 940 to distribute it well. Then take some water and dissolve BTMS90% using heat to help. After pouring it into Carbomer 940 that has spread well. It's a white lump. It's like an emulsion will form. Then take it and blend it until combined. Found that it was partially matched but still a white wedge. Even though it took a long time to spin. But another problem is that when I try to add TEA, it doesn't form a texture at all. Liquid as usual

3. This time, blend Carbomer 940, add the Oil part and the TEA part until it becomes a thick cream. Take water + BTMS 90% and melt it with heat to get a clear, viscous gel, then slowly add it to the texture. cream It turned out that the cream immediately became liquid. When I left it overnight, the liquid cream set like a bouncy jelly. When stirred, the meat breaks and water separates. It turned into a cream that separated into layers.

****From the above problem, I would like to know what is the correct way to use it. The above may not be done correctly by myself, so I'm not sure. There is a correct way. Or is there a video in actual use for you to watch?

Please allow me to attach the formula and rough % for you to see.
