Minoxol™ (Pyrrolidinyl Diaminopyrimidine Oxide) (eq Kopyrrol)

How does this substance dissolve? Try dissolving it in both water and alcohol. But I found that it didn't dissolve.

I don't know if there are any other steps or methods.
