Ethyl Ascorbic acid ( Vitamin C Ethyl Ether ) Protec™ OX and Protec™ UV in the formula to help protect Vitamin C from deterioration if in formula contains ActiveProtec™ OX 1% ActiveProtec™ UV 2% still needs to be added. Protec™ OX and Protec™ UV is there? Thank you.

a little more Disodium EDTA 0.2% Is it still necessary because ActiveProtec™ OX ] ActiveProtec™ OX 1%
